Susanne moved from Australia to Mallorca in 2002 for a change of lifestyle and new experience. She was born in Vienna, but grown up in Subotica, Serbia. She moved early in her live and lived in Hungary, Austria and Australia.  

Having joined us from the summer of 2008, Susanne is working with Inmobiliaria Escrivá as a sales associate and property consultant, taking care of our clients. She uses her extensive knowledge and abilities to give our clients the best experience possible.

Originating from the Serbia, Susanne speaks fluent Serbo Croatian, Hungarian, English, German and Spanish.

Alex Escrivà (Barcelona, 1972) is working as an estate agent since 1995. He is the member number 585 of the Official College of Estate Agents in the Balearic Island.

He will take care of all the legal paperwork when you purchase your house in Mallorca so you have the security that all what is needed goes as it is stipulated by the spanish law.

Originating from Barcelona, Alex speaks fluent Spanish, Catalan, English and basic German.
